THE SHORT VERSION
- We collect the information you give us and basic data about how you use our site.
- We use it to answer you, deliver our services, and send messages you agreed to receive.
- An AI voice agent runs our demo line and answers our business lines when we are unavailable.
- We do not sell your personal information. We never share your phone number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

1. WHO WE ARE
Progressive Perspectives LLC, doing business as Suite AI Solutions ("Suite AI Solutions," "we," "us," "our"), builds AI-powered operational systems for service businesses. This policy covers suiteaisolutions.com, blog.suiteaisolutions.com, our landing pages and forms, our phone and text lines, and our email communications.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and business address.
- Information you submit through our forms, including the free operational report form and our booking calendar.
- Messages you send us by email, text, chat, or social media.
- Information you share on calls with our business or demo lines.
- Billing details when you pay us. Our payment processor, Stripe, collects and stores card data. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on page, and referring site.
- Approximate location based on your IP address.
- Cookie data, described in Section 8.
Information from other sources:
- Business contact details you share with us at networking events, trade shows, or through referrals, such as a business card.
- Publicly available business information, such as your company website or business listing.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To respond to your inquiries and deliver the report, assessment, or service you requested.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
- To send service messages, invoices, and receipts.
- To send marketing emails and texts when you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights.
4. CALLS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in our business.
- Our demo line (631-651-6096) is an AI voice agent. Calls to that line are a demonstration of our product.
- When we are unavailable, calls to our business lines (631-860-6686 and 332-699-7771) are answered by an AI voice agent. The agent will tell you it is an AI assistant if you ask.
- Our AI voice agent does not record calls.
- The system saves a written transcript or summary of the call so we can follow up on your request.
- AI service providers process this data on our behalf to deliver these functions.
- We record and transcribe some in-person meetings to capture notes and action items.
- We do not call you using an artificial or AI-generated voice unless you have given prior express consent.
5. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS)
When you opt in, Suite AI Solutions sends text messages for appointment reminders, follow-ups, customer service, and occasional promotional offers.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected], 631-860-6686, or 332-699-7771.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.
Service providers that help us run our business, bound by confidentiality:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel and LeadConnector): CRM, website hosting, forms, calendars, email, phone, and text messaging.
- Telecommunications carriers and messaging aggregators: to deliver calls and texts.
- AI service providers: to power voice agents and related features.
- Payment processor: Stripe.
- Google: business email and calendar.
- Professional advisors: accountants, attorneys, and insurers.
Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business transfer: if we sell or merge the business, your information transfers to the new owner, who must follow this policy.
With your consent: in any other case, only when you direct us to.
All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. DATA WE HANDLE FOR OUR CLIENTS
When we build and manage systems for our clients, we process their customers' information on their behalf. Our client controls that data, and the client's own privacy policy governs it. We use it only to provide services to that client under our client agreement.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, contact that business directly. We will help them respond.
8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it.
- Essential cookies: required for forms, booking, and site function.
- Analytics: show which pages visitors use, so we improve the site.
We do not use advertising pixels or tracking tags from advertising platforms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features will stop working if you do.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
9. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We protect your information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. These include:
- Access limited to people who need it to do their work.
- Multi-factor authentication on our business accounts.
- Encryption in transit on our website and forms (HTTPS).
- Confidentiality obligations for the vendors who handle your data.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as the law requires.
10. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
- Leads and inquiries that do not become clients: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Client records, contracts, and invoices: 7 years, for tax and legal purposes.
- Call transcripts and summaries: up to 90 days.
- Meeting recordings: up to 90 days.
- Opt-out records: as long as needed to honor your opt-out.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
11. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
- Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.
Email requests to [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have rights under those laws. We honor those rights as the laws require. California residents may ask about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing under California Civil Code Section 1798.83. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
12. HEALTH INFORMATION
Please do not send health or medical information through our website forms, text messages, or email. Our website is not designed to receive it.
13. CHILDREN
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has given us information.
14. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our site links to sites we do not operate. Their own privacy policies govern them. Read those policies before you share information there.
15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We will post updates on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify clients and subscribers by email.
